Our fees are intended to be simple and reasonable. We value our time at approximately $75 - $150 per hour, and it is our goal to generate roughly that much revenue per man-hour invested in each client relationship.

We recognize that most of our clients have come to us with an established network and short-term needs, but may not have a budget for per-hour consultation services adaquate to solve their immediate problems, while still working toward their long-term goals.

As such, our retainer rates are monthly fees with no additional per-hour fees. These rates are adjusted from time to time by mutual agreement. Every new client relationship is an investment for us, and we typically spend many more hours with each client during the first month of our relationship than we will during the next year.

This fee structure allows our clients the flexibility to solve problems and make topology changes quickly, while allowing us to spend as much time as necessary to learn about your network, target customer base, specific needs, and long-term goals. Our clients never need to worry that they might be spending hundreds of dollars simply by asking us to source additional transit, provide technical sales assistance to potential customers, or simply answer routine questions that may help them avoid problems in the future.
