Payment Methods, Currency
INC accepts company check, wire transfer, international draft, and Paypal as methods of payment. Non-US clients must pay their invoices in United States Dollars. Clients who cannot pay their invoice on schedule should contact us to make arrangements or we may suspend your consultation service. Check your consultation service agreement for payment terms.
Paper Invoices
Invoices are normally sent via email in PDF format. Clients who would like to receive a paper invoice by mail will be accomodated, but you must contact a billing representative to request paper invoicing.
Returned Checks
Clients who "bounce" a check with us will not be permitted to pay by check again in the next 12 months. Our service charge for reprocessing or returning checks returned to us for non-sufficient funds is the lesser of $100 USD or the maximum amount permitted by law.
Credit cards
INC does not currently accept credit cards as a form of payment directly, although you can pay with a credit card via paypal.
